Who we are
Fÿl Hydrate ("Fÿl," "we," "us," "our") operates the website at drinkfyl.com and the related editorial site at review.drinkfyl.com. We are a pre-launch consumer brand based in Branchburg, New Jersey, United States.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist or sign up for emails, we collect the information you give us directly. That's typically just your email address, and sometimes your first name if you choose to provide it.
When you visit our website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically collect some technical information — your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This helps us understand how the site is performing and improve it.
We do not currently process payments on this site. Once we begin selling product, this policy will be updated to reflect what payment information is collected and how it is handled.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- Send you the emails you signed up for, including waitlist updates, founders list communications, and product launch announcements
- Personalize those emails (for example, addressing you by your first name if you provided one)
- Understand how people use our site so we can make it better
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business. These currently include:
- Klaviyo — our email service provider, which stores email addresses and sends our emails
- Cloudflare — our hosting and content delivery provider, which serves the website itself
- Analytics providers — which help us understand site usage in aggregate
Each of these providers is contractually required to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we direct.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Fÿl or others.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly without them.
We may also use marketing pixels (such as Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel) to measure ad performance and show you relevant content. These pixels collect information about your visit through your browser.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights regarding your personal information. These may include:
- The right to know what information we have about you
- The right to request a copy of that information
- The right to request that we delete it
- The right to correct it if it's wrong
- The right to opt out of marketing emails at any time (every email we send includes an unsubscribe link)

If you live in California
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and disclose, the right to delete it, and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. If you live in the EU or UK
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, you have the rights described above plus the right to data portability and the right to object to or restrict our processing. The legal basis for our processing of your information is your consent, which you give when you submit your email address. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or contacting us directly.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. If you unsubscribe and ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days.
Children
Fÿl is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Significant changes will also be communicated by email to subscribers.
